Ja-Co Welding is a API 4F facility, certifying us in the manufacturing of Sub, Mast and Crown Block assemblies. We work closely with Engineers to design and fabricate to customers specifications. Our modern indoor facilities can accommodate the fabrication of up to three complete Drilling Rigs at one time.

Ja-Co Welding also manufactures a wide variety of additional Oilfield Products. Currently we are an industry leader in the fabrication of state of art Hydraulic Catwalks. Other Products include; Mud Tank Systems, Water Tank / Dog House Combinations with Engineered Hydraulic Lift Systems and Hydraulic Slide Outs if required. We fabricate buildings of all sizes to accommodate any type of equipment and application. Ja-Co Welding also fabricates Pipe Transport Tubs with or without hydraulics.
Our Nisku facility has a large Rig-up area available that can accommodate up to four complete drilling rigs at one time. Rig up areas are equipped with full Rig Power, Cement Pads, Rig-up Shacks and is supported by Welders, Machinists, Tools, and one Test Hole. To assist in moving and spotting equipment Ja-Co Welding makes available; a Bed Truck, two large Front End Loaders, two Fork Lifts and a Zoom Boom.

Low pressure piping such as Suction Lines, Water and Steam Lines, and Low Pressure Manifolds. We also build non pressure vessels such as Degassers
